Anthony Brandt, Associate Professor of Composition and Theory at Shepherd School of Music, gave the keynote at the Symbol Grounding Workshop in Nis, Serbia on May 20, 2016 through Skype at the DMC Audio Studio. His lecture was titled “Is Music a Universal Language?”
